EXCHANGE & REPLACEMENT POLICY


WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE AND IN CASE OF ANY INCONVENIENCES WE ARE HAPPY TO HELP. WE ARE READY TO EXCHANGE YOUR PRODUCT IN FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OR WE DON’T ACCEPT ANY RETURN.

Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or replacement.

1.All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
2.All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
3.Original receipts would need to be included
4.All items would need to be purchased originally from www.Sanakruti.shop.
5. We don't accept the exchange on the basis of likings.

If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges regardless that the items have been mailed back to us. WE DO NOT REFUND IN ANY CONDITION, WE OFFER ONLY EXCHANGE& REPLACEMENT.

VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES AND REPLACEMENT
